It’s always personal

Every property that’s managed by Summit, is owned by Summit. Which means we are personally invested in every apartment and every tenant that occupies it. When you live in a Summit apartment, you will be treated as a human, not as an apartment number.

A team on call to answer all your questions and concerns–immediately.

If it’s important to you, it’s important to us. If we say we’re on it, we are.

You’re not an apartment occupant. You’re a person and will be treated as such.

“I always thought that the word landlord was negative.”

I always had this negative view on landlords. You hear all the horror stories and it affects your views. That was until I moved into a Summit owned and managed apartment. That’s when my opinion changed. Summit actually cares about us. Deeply. If there’s anything we need, no matter the time or day, there’s someone to talk to. Someone to take care of things. With a smile. We now know that landlords can be like family.

“Even on a legal holiday, they showed up.”

When I called Summit on New Year’s Eve, I was sure they’d tell me to wait until after the Holidays. I was in for a pleasant surprise. Not only did they show up an hour later to fix the steam, they apologized profusely for taking so long. They treat every tenant with such kindness and respect, I don’t think I’ll be able to move out of here ever. I feel so taken care of by this management.

The mission is strong. The commitment, stronger.

Summit’s mission is a tough one: To create a world where tenants get treated fairly and landlords get stripped of their bad rap.

It’s doable. And it starts at the Summit.
